Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026

The short version: use Unpanels fairly, own what you bring, tell your audience if you record, and cancel any time.

Who we are

Unpanels is provided by VODPOD MEDIA LLC, a Texas company ("we", "us"). By using unpanels.com or the Unpanels service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you use Unpanels for an organization, you agree for it and confirm you're allowed to.

Using Unpanels

• Organizers create shows; audiences join from their phones. Joining a show needs no account.
• You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a plan, and at least 13 to use Unpanels at all.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans and payment

• Prices are shown before you buy and are charged in US dollars, plus any tax. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
• The 5-day pass is a single payment and doesn't renew.
• Payments aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add: your questions, documents, logos, photos and the rest. You let us store, process and show it only to run Unpanels for you. Make sure you have the right to use what you upload, including people's names and photos.

If you run a show

• Tell your audience if you record the room, and get any consent the law requires where your event takes place.
• You're responsible for how you use the information your audience gives you, including any attendee list you export. Our Data Processing Agreement covers how we handle it for you.
• Content written with Ai can be wrong. Review it before it goes on screen.

Fair use

Don't use Unpanels to break the law, harass or harm anyone, post hateful or explicit content, send spam, collect people's information without permission, or try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

Our service

We work hard to keep Unpanels running and improving, and we may change features over time. Unpanels is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending things

You can stop using Unpanels, export your data, and delete your shows or your whole account any time from your Account page. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, and will try to warn you first when we can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
